AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your individual circumstances. Always verify nutritional information and meal suggestions before consuming.
While this application allows you to specify food allergies and dietary restrictions, we CANNOT guarantee that all allergens will be correctly identified or excluded from meal suggestions. Ingredient data may be incomplete or inaccurate.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for verifying that all ingredients in suggested meals are safe for you to consume. If you have severe allergies (such as anaphylaxis risk), do not rely on this application alone.
Individual nutritional needs and health outcomes vary significantly based on factors including age, sex, genetics, health status, physical activity level, and other considerations that this application cannot fully assess.
